One of the first things we did was create a new logo for the event. The logo had to be professional, memorable and easy to recognize. After several rounds of design and revisions, the team was happy with the final product. This new logo was used across all marketing materials, including the event website, brochures, social media profiles, and print designs like mugs, goody bags, and certificates/shields.

Next, we focused on social media management for the event. We created a social media calendar, strategized on the best ways to promote the event and engaged with attendees on various platforms. This helped to increase awareness and excitement for the event among potential attendees.

We also designed and developed a website for the event. The website was built to be easy to navigate and provide all the necessary information for attendees such as schedule, speakers, sponsors and ticket sales. We also implemented a mobile-responsive design to ensure that the website could be easily accessed on any device.

In addition to digital designs, we also provided print designs for the event. We designed custom mugs, goody bags, and certificates/shields that featured the event’s logo and branding. These items helped to create a cohesive visual identity for the event and were a hit with attendees.
